Pool Equipment and Installation Warranty

Every pool and system we provide is supported by clear warranty coverage. This applies to both fully installed pools and DIY options, so you know exactly what’s protected.

What’s Included in Your Warranty

Your pool package comes with three key areas of coverage:

1. Fibreglass Pool Shell Warranty

The pool shell is covered by a structural warranty provided by the manufacturer and compliant with Australian Standards, protecting against defects that affect performance over time.

2. Equipment Warranty

All supplied equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties. Each item comes with its own warranty period, which is confirmed at the time of purchase.

3. Installation & Workmanship Warranty

Pools installed by Plunge Pools Newcastle are covered by a workmanship warranty for all installation-related work. This ensures the system is installed properly and meets required standards.

Warranty Maintenance Requirements

To keep your warranty in place, you must:

  • Follow manufacturer installation guidelines using a licensed installer
  • Maintain correct water balance
  • Use approved components and consumables only
  • Schedule routine servicing and inspections
  • Ensure all electrical work is done by a licensed electrician

Installation Warranty Conditions

The following conditions apply to installation-related coverage:

  • Do not modify the pool or surrounding works without approval
  • Report any issues promptly once notice.
  • Operate and maintain the pool as instructed at handover
  • Ensure external works (landscaping, concreting, decking, fencing) do not impact the pool structure or plumbing
