Yes. We assess your layout, access, sunlight, slope, and available space, then recommend a suitable size and shape based on how you plan to use the pool.

Yes, for defined scope items. Costs linked to unknown site conditions (rock, groundwater, underground services) are treated as variables and confirmed during construction.

Yes. Required insurances, including Home Warranty Insurance where applicable, are included with full installation projects.

No for agreed inclusions. Pricing only changes if you request variations or if there are major supply issues outside normal conditions.

Yes. We start with a desktop review, then arrange an on-site visit to confirm access, layout, and installation requirements.

Any structures within the work area may need removal, adjustment, or protection. We identify this during the site check and outline your options before work begins.

Payments are staged across key milestones:

• Preliminary works (plans, approvals, insurance setup)
• Deposit after approvals (typically 10%)
• Pool shell supply (progress payment)
• Installation stage (progress payment)
• Final balance at handover

Your proposal sets out the exact schedule.

Yes. We provide the required documents and coordinate with your certifier. Approval may be through CDC or DA, depending on your site.

Yes. Setbacks vary by council and zoning. Your certifier confirms the required distances during the approval process.

Sometimes. It depends on the asset location and depth. You may need:

• Engineering assessment
• Encroachment approval
• Build-over or relaxation approval

We guide you through the process.

Yes. Sloped sites may need retaining or additional planning. We assess the site and recommend a suitable solution.

Not always. Standard sites usually don’t need it. Engineering is required for complex conditions like slopes, retaining, or build-over zones. We arrange this if needed and confirm costs upfront.

We need safe entry for excavation and lifting equipment, including excavators, tipper trucks, and cranes. If access is restricted, smaller machinery or alternative lifting methods may be used. Final requirements are confirmed during a site check or from photos.

Heavy equipment can disturb soil, lawns, and some hard surfaces. We work carefully to limit impact, but repairs to landscaping, turf, or driveways are not included in the standard scope.

A clear access path of around 1.2 metres is typically needed for machinery. Straight, unobstructed access makes installation more efficient.

Yes, but rescheduling may affect your timeline and incur fees depending on notice.

Yes. Changes can be made before installation. Variations may affect cost and timing.

Extra costs may apply for:

• Unforeseen site conditions (rock, roots, groundwater, service relocations)
• Additional soil removal or longer haul distances

All variations are discussed and approved before work continues.

Yes. We manage excavation, crane hire, delivery, placement, and on-site safety for the installation.

Allow around 3 months from approval to completion, including approvals, production, and scheduling. On-site installation typically takes about 2 weeks, depending on site conditions and weather.

Yes. We outline key stages and expected timeframes once your project is confirmed.

No. You don’t need to be present throughout. We’ll let you know if access or your presence is needed at key stages.

Light rain may allow work to continue. Heavy rain or unsafe ground conditions can delay excavation, concreting, or crane work. Safety and build quality come first.

Yes. We assess access and may use smaller machinery or larger cranes if required.

Yes. We need:

• A water connection (e.g. garden tap)
• Temporary power from a standard outlet

We’ll advise if additional setup is required.

If services are not shown on plans or disclosed, any repairs or relocations are at the homeowner’s cost. We proceed with care and report any issues immediately.

Timing depends on approvals, pool model, weather, and schedule. After assessment, we confirm the next available installation window.

Expect trucks, excavators, cranes, and concrete works on site. There will be noise, vibration, and temporary access limits. We keep the site safe and as tidy as possible.

Yes, if they block access, the work area, or crane reach. We identify what needs to be removed or trimmed during the site assessment.

Yes. We install temporary fencing during construction to meet safety and compliance requirements.

You engage a licensed electrician to install:

• 2–4 x 240V/10A outlets for equipment
• 1 x dedicated 240V supply for heaters (if required)
• Equipotential bonding for nearby metal

We provide the required specifications.

We install plumbing from the pool to the equipment area using 50mm pressure-rated pipe, valves, and fittings.

If existing sewer or stormwater services are affected, a licensed plumber is engaged for diversion or repair. These costs are not included unless specified in your quote.

We coordinate pool-related trades, including excavation, plumbing, crane work, concreting, and technicians. You arrange your electrician and any additional trades like fencing or landscaping.

Weather delays do not add cost. Delays caused by site access, preparation, or customer-arranged trades may incur rescheduling fees.

Yes. We walk you through equipment use, water care, maintenance, and safety requirements. A written guide is also provided for reference.

Yes. We remove construction waste related to the pool install. Final landscaping or surface cleaning is not included.

Yes. Heating options are available and can be added to any full installation.
